1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of Namiru.ai ("Service"), a platform provided by Crowie s.r.o. that enables users to build and deploy AI-powered agents by connecting their own data sources and APIs.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business and professional use. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Crowie s.r.o. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your actions or omissions.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Namiru.ai to upload documents, connect APIs (GET and POST), and interact with AI agents. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Upload or process unlawful, copyrighted, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems

Crowie s.r.o. reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Storage

Users decide what data to upload or store. Data may be processed on secure EU servers and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as directed by the user.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and performance. However, occasional downtime or maintenance may occur. Crowie s.r.o. does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Namiru.ai remains the property of Crowie s.r.o. Users retain rights to their own uploaded data and custom agent configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowie s.r.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Namiru.ai.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia and applicable European Union regulations.
