Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of Namiru.ai ("Service"), a platform provided by Crowie s.r.o. that enables users to build and deploy AI-powered agents by connecting their own data sources and APIs.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business and professional use. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our proprietary technology
• Interfere with the Service or circumvent access restrictions
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments

Paid plans and conversation top-ups are paid through Stripe. When the checkout shows a purchase as sold through Link, a Stripe service, Link is the seller (merchant of record) for that purchase: it takes your payment, charges any applicable tax and sends your receipts and invoices. The payment terms that apply are shown at checkout. For all other purchases the seller is Crowie s.r.o.

You can change or cancel a subscription on the billing page of your account. Purchases sold through Link can also be managed at link.com, and Link support answers questions about those payments and refunds. We remain responsible for the Service itself and for product support.

6. Data and Storage

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service. We store data on servers hosted in the European Union, in Germany. AI responses are generated by the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, some of which process data outside the European Union.

7. AI Features

Assistants built with Namiru generate replies with AI and can make mistakes. Check important information and do not rely on an assistant for decisions that need professional advice.

Every conversation shows visitors that replies are sent by AI. You must not hide or remove this notice, set up an assistant to claim it is human, or use the Service for any practice prohibited by the EU AI Act.

8. Data Processing

When you use Namiru on your website, we process your visitors' personal data on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that processing and for informing your visitors, for example in your privacy policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service (code, design, branding) belongs to Crowie s.r.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowie s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU regulations.
