These Terms govern your access to and use of Namiru.ai ("Service"), a platform provided by Crowie s.r.o. that enables users to build and deploy AI-powered agents by connecting their own data sources and APIs.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for business and professional use. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our proprietary technology

All intellectual property in the Service (code, design, branding) belongs to Crowie s.r.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowie s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU regulations.
